30 Days Returns
At SHE·SAID·YES, we take pride in creating custom-made or specially ordered pieces that cater specifically to the unique requirements of our clients. Despite our bespoke approach, we still prioritize your comfort and confidence when shopping with us. We understand that shopping for fine jewelry can be an investment, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy on all items, provided that they are returned in their original, unworn condition. Simply contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, and we'll gladly assist you with the return process.
*In addition to our standard 30-day return policy, all items purchased between Nov 5, 2024, and Dec 15, 2024, are eligible for extended returns or exchange until Jan 15, 2025. Returns, including free gift(s), must be unworn with the size tag attached and in the state that you received them.
Return Policy
1. Please note that because our items are fully customized, a significant portion of the cost goes toward covering the labor involved in creating the piece. If you decide to return your purchase, we will need to deduct a 30% workforce fee and material recycling fee from the refund to cover these expenses.
2. We reserve the right to limit purchase activity or place restrictions on returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our policy. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud.
Exchange/Resize Policy
SHE·SAID·YES will charge a 20% workforce fee based on the order price for any item exchange or resizing requests. This fee covers the cost of our skilled craftspeople and their time spent on these services, which are offered to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide fast and personalized service to our customers. After we receive your payment, we will send all items to production within six hours. We take pride in creating customized items that meet your unique preferences and needs.
Therefore, we ask that you carefully review your order and shipping information before submitting it. Any cancellations made after the six-hour production window will incur a 15% fee to cover the cost of materials and processing.
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. In the event that you need to return an item, we ask that you contact SHE·SAID·YES to obtain authorization before sending it back. This will help ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently.
2. Please note that any requests for returns or resizing must be made within 30 days of the original order's receipt.
3. Kindly note that all items need to be returned in their original condition, without any scratches or signs of wear, and should not be resized or altered in any manner.
4. Please be advised that items without a jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Please note that the Moissanite report must accompany the item. If the report is missing, a replacement certificate fee of 5% of the item charge will be assessed.
6. When returning, exchanging or resizing items, customers must use a shipping method that can be tracked. Any returns or resizing requests sent without a tracking method will not be processed.
7. when returning items, any free gifts received must be included in the return shipment. Failure to include the free gifts will result in the retail price of the gift being deducted from the refund amount.
Notes:
1. We kindly ask that you do not remove the jewelry tag until you are certain that you want to keep your item. The tag is not required to be removed for ring sizing purposes. The thread used is extremely thin and will not affect the fit of the ring.
2. Please do not send your return to the address listed on the package, as it is not our return address. Doing so may cause delays or issues with the processing of your return. Please contact our customer service team for assistance in locating the correct return address.
Refund
Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within five days.
1. We will issue your refund in the manner you requested - either to your original payment account or in the form of store credit.
2. If you used a gift card to place your order, you will be refunded in the form of store credit. Please note that shipping charges or additional service charges will not be refunded.
Orders shipped to USA destinations are eligible for Easy Return Shipping. This means that SHE·SAID·YES will reimburse customers $30 for the return shipping fee via store credit for any return or exchange service. For orders shipped to international destinations, customers have 30 days to return the item, but they are responsible for the return shipping expenses.
