We first met in high school, introduced by a friend.

We first met in high school, introduced by a friend. We clicked right away, and I loved her laugh. I decided to propose on our local footbridge, a place we often visited. My family and I decorated it with her favorite lilies, lanterns, and a big sign that said "MARRY ME". When everything was ready, our families brought her to the bridge. Our friends, who had been hiding, came out to join us. She looked surprised and happy when she read the sign. She said "yes", and everyone cheered. That night was the best night of my life.
