Emily loves the beach, so for our second anniversary I surprised her with a weekend getaway road tripping to San Diego. Cruising with the windows down, stopping wherever caught our eye, spending each evening stargazing on the sand - we enjoyed simple pleasures and deep bonds. Walking barefoot together as waves lapped at our feet, I admired Emily's ability to find joy in life's smallest gifts. Reconnecting amid nature's beauty reinvigorated our relationship. Pulling into our driveway feeling relaxed and in love, I felt grateful for Emily and the journeys ahead sharing this life together.
