To celebrate three decades of marriage, Mark arranged for us to camping trip to a valley. We pitched our tent near the lake, with a backdrop of the stunning mountains aglow in the sunset's orange light. Roasting marshmallows by the fire, Mark and I reminisced about our lives together. During our vow renewal on the beach, with ripples moving across the lake, I felt beyond blessed to have found my soulmate. As we slow danced under an alpine glow, my heart was overflowing with love for this man.
