Annabel and I have known each other since we were children.

Annabel and I have known each other since we were children. We married young and spent the subsequent decades raising our family. Now in our late 70s, we had three children and two grandchildren. For our 55th anniversary, the whole family came home to celebrate. After dinner, Anabel and I slow danced. After finished, I presented her a box revealed a pearl necklace. Though our bodies may be aged, our hearts remain young. Catching my wife's eye as our family laughed together, I thanked God for blessing me far beyond what I ever deserved - 55 years of joy.
