As a journalist, my days are busy reporting the news. But nothing recharges me like quiet time with my love Thomas. For our eighth anniversary, I wanted to slow down and cherish what's most important. I booked a cozy bed and breakfast right on the coast, just a short drive from home. We spent the weekend relaxing there, taking long walks along the shoreline and spotting dolphins play. In the evenings, we cooked fresh seafood caught that day while gazing at the sunset. Reconnecting like this reminded me of our early days dating in this very town. Thomas understands me completely and encourages my career, yet always guides me back to the present. Looking ahead, I feel lucky to share more adventures alongside the man who has been my harbor for eight fulfilling years.
