For our 1st wedding anniversary, Dan surprised me with a weekend getaway to a remote cabin in the mountains.

For our 1st wedding anniversary, Dan surprised me with a weekend getaway to a remote cabin in the mountains. We spent two wonderful days hiking trails, stargazing by the fire at night, and really unplugging from the world. On our actual anniversary morning, I woke up to find Dan had made me breakfast in bed. After we ate, he gave me my gift - a delicate gold heart necklace and there was an engraving that said "My heart is yours." It was so thoughtful and romantic. I'll never forget that special anniversary weekend we shared together in the peaceful mountains.
