It's been a year since we exchanged our vows in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by family in our hometown of Florence. I had always admired her beautiful smile and caring soul. To mark our first wedding anniversary, I wanted to plan something extra special. Lucia's favorite activity was strolling through the cobblestone streets of our little town, taking in the sights. So I arranged a romantic walking tour, stopping in all our favorite hidden piazzas and cafes along the way. At the sunset, we sat enjoying wine in a park. From my pocket I produced a small jewelry box, opening it to reveal a diamond bracelet.. Lucia was delighted for my gift. The charming city of Florence held so many cherished memories for us both.
