Maria had been hinting at a special surprise for our 6th anniversary but keeping me guessing.

Maria had been hinting at a special surprise for our 6th anniversary but keeping me guessing. On the day, she led me to a retro bowling alley that had opened recently in our neighborhood. I was excited to try it out as neither of us had been bowling in years. After getting our rented clothes on, we picked out balls - Maria was going for a bright pink one. To my surprise, Maria proved more skilled than I remembered! I enjoyed cheering her on as she consistently scored strikes. We laughed together between our turns, having fun competing in a casual way.
