It was our second wedding anniversary and my wife Mika and I were spending a long weekend in the beautiful town of Oberhof.
It was our second wedding anniversary and my wife Mika and I were spending a long weekend in the beautiful town of Oberhof. On our anniversary morning, I bundled us up in warm coats, hats, and scarves before we ventured out into the forest surrounding the town. The snow had fallen heavily overnight and everything was blanketed in a pristine white layer. As we walked hand in hand down the snow-covered forest path, taking in the tranquility and natural beauty around us, I thought about how lucky I was to have Mika in my life. We had overcome challenges in our first year of marriage but our love and bond had only grown stronger. Being here with her in this magical snow-covered forest was the perfect way to celebrate our love and commitment to one another on this special day.
