It's hard to believe that it has already been 8 years since Amanda, my beautiful wife, and I said "I do" on our wedding day, as we just celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary.
It's hard to believe that it has already been 8 years since Amanda, my beautiful wife, and I said "I do" on our wedding day, as we just celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary. We met while working together at the same company in Sydney, where I was Amanda's manager at the time, which made things a bit complicated at first, but I knew on our first date at a little Italian bistro downtown that she was special. Our love grew quickly and two years later, I popped the question during a romantic weekend getaway to the vineyards in the Hunter Valley, where amidst the rolling hills overlooking the vineyard countryside, she cried tears of joy when I got down on one knee. We married a year later and have been blessed with wonderful years of marriage, during which we welcomed our twin daughters Sophie and Emma into this world, and last year purchased our first home, a charming cottage. To celebrate our anniversary, I arranged a relaxing weekend getaway for just the two of us at an ocean view resort in Wollongong.
