I can still picture that sunny day we ran into each other on Grafton Street - I was rushing to work and nearly spilled my coffee all over him! We got to chatting and the rest was history. Life in Dublin has brought us both joy and challenge over the decades. Raising our daughters while Brian worked long hours at the hospital was no easy feat. But coming home to him each night made it all worthwhile. Now in our golden years, we love nothing more than puttering around our garden apartment, spoiling the grandchildren rotten whenever they visit. Brian still teases me about how I can talk the ears off any poor soul! After mass, all our loved ones will gather to celebrate our anniversary. As I help Brian get ready, I feel overwhelming gratitude for this incredible life we've built side by side. Half a century later and he's still my best friend and biggest supporter through it all. I couldn't ask for a better partner to experience this crazy journey called life. Cheers to 50 more years, my darling!
