Kelly and I both grew up going to the same small country church every Sunday.
Kelly and I both grew up going to the same small country church every Sunday. One morning when we were paired together to help serve coffee and donuts after the service. From the moment we said hello, I was captivated by her kind smile. I began finding reasons to volunteer for church events together. By the fall, I'd mustered the courage to ask Kelly on our first official date. Twenty-five amazing years after marriage, three kids and as many dogs between us, I'm still just as smitten with my church sweetheart. To celebrate our silver anniversary, I arranged for our entire congregation to join the celebration. As we renewed our vows surrounded by our church family, memories floated back.
