For our anniversary, I wanted to do something truly memorable. Then it hit me - I signed us up for a hot air balloon ride at sunrise overlooking the vineyards.
For our anniversary, I wanted to do something truly memorable. Then it hit me - I signed us up for a hot air balloon ride at sunrise overlooking the vineyards. Jennifer has always loved waking up early to watch the sunrise so I knew this would be perfect. On the big day, we woke before the sun and drove out to the balloon company. I could see the wonder and excitement in Jennifer's eyes as we climbed into the basket. As the balloon inflated above us and we slowly lifted into the pink morning sky, I put my arm around Jennifer. We silently watched the sun emerge and light up the landscape below. After 20 years together, my love for Jennifer has only grown stronger. From the teenager who fell for the beautiful girl at the beach, to the man I am today with my high school sweetheart by my side, I feel blessed beyond words. That balloon ride was truly magical, but it's the everyday magic of life with Jennifer that I treasure the most. Here's to at least 20 more years making wonderful memories together.
