To celebrate our 10th anniversary, I planned a weekend getaway, but kept the destination a secret. When we arrived at the airport, Melissa was surprised to see our gate for Napa Valley, California. We spent the days wine tasting at elegant vineyards and eating delicious food paired with fine wine. One evening, we attended a private concert in an intimate outdoor amphitheater, with just the two of us and the stars overhead. I'll never forget Melissa's smile as her favorite singer performed. Those quiet moments together reminded me why I fell in love with her all those years ago. Returning home, I feel grateful for the life we've built and look forward to creating new memories with my best friend for years to come.
