Jenny and I have known each other for what feels like forever.
Jenny and I have known each other for what feels like forever. I still vividly remember the day she nervously walked into our 8th grade class as the new student - I just had to go over and introduce myself to the shy girl with the kind smile. We quickly got familiar by sharing music tastes and sense of humor. Ever since that day, Jen has been my very best friend, sticking by my side through all high school and beyond. 14 years later, I can’t believe she was going to move across the country for her new job. Jenny has always been sentimental, so wanting to commemorate our long friendship before the distance, I knew a bracelet with our birthstones would be perfect. Watching Jenny smile as she clasped it on her wrist and reminisced made the gift even more meaningful. I know our bond is unbreakable, no matter how many miles separate us. She’ll always have a special place in my heart.
