It's hard to believe David and I have been married two whole years already.
It's hard to believe David and I have been married two whole years already. For our anniversary this year, we wanted to do a simple night in since lately life has been so busy. I cooked all of his favorite comfort foods while he lit candles around the apartment. After dinner we poured wine and put on our favorite album to listen to as we slow danced in the living room like at our wedding reception. Talking and laughing together felt like such a wonderful reminder of what's most important. Even the little moments sharing love and understanding with my best friend make the stressful days worthwhile. I'm so thankful David is by my side as we cheer each other on through whatever life brings.
