I want to do something special to celebrate every anniversary of us. For the 4th anniversary, I planned a weekend getaway for us to a scenic lake area.

I want to do something special to celebrate every anniversary of us. For the 4th anniversary, I planned a weekend getaway for us to a scenic lake area. On the morning of our anniversary, I surprised Ling with breakfast in bed. We spent the day enjoying the natural beauty of the lake. Later, we went back to the city. That evening, I took Ling to a restaurant overlooking the water. During dinner, the staff came by with a cake and sang happy birthday/anniversary to Ling, which was very romantic in that setting. After dinner, we went on a boat ride under the stars, holding hands and feeling grateful for our relationship. It was the perfect way to mark our time together so far.
