Emily and I met on a group hiking trip to the Rockies. I was captivated by her determination as she conquered each challenging trail. Our shared passion for the outdoors quickly blossomed into love. For our 5th anniversary, we climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. At the summit, surrounded by clouds, I proposed. Emily's tears of joy mixed with the mountain mist as she said yes. Now, celebrating a decade together, we've scaled numerous peaks, both literal and metaphorical. Our toughest climb was when Emily battled cancer three years ago. Her strength during treatment was more inspiring than any mountain we'd faced.
