We met at work, in a hospital, and we were friends before we started dating.
We met at work, in a hospital, and we were friends before we started dating. Over the years, our relationship has grown and changed. We've supported each other through career changes, health issues, and other life events. We've also shared many happy moments, like vacations, family gatherings, and simply spending time together at home. Our relationship isn't perfect. We've had our share of disagreements and misunderstandings. But we always try to communicate openly and work through our issues together. We respect each other and value our partnership. We don't usually do anything special for our anniversary. Sometimes we go out for dinner, or we might just stay in and watch a movie. The important thing is that we're together, celebrating another year of our life together.
