Jane and I met in a unusual way - we were set up on a blind date by a mutual friend. Neither of us were looking for a relationship at the time but thought we'd give it a shot to please our meddlesome friend. I'll never forget our first date. We met for drinks at a little hole in the wall bar. As soon as I saw Jane walk in, I was taken aback by her natural beauty. She had this bright smile and ease about her that drew me in. We talked for hours that night, finding we shared so many of the same interests and values. There was an instant spark and easy connection between us. From that moment, I knew this wasn't going to be just a casual fling. Fast forward four years, and I still can't believe this amazing woman agreed to be my wife. We've built a beautiful life together in our little home, traveled the world when we can, and never lost that magical spark. To celebrate our anniversary this year, I surprised Jane with a weekend getaway to the coast. We spent two romantic days reconnecting, just like old times. Sitting on the beach at sunset holding hands reminded me how lucky I am.
