Belle and I met while completing our postgraduate internships at the same company 5 years ago. Even in our busy offices, I was drawn to her kindness and passion. Over group dinners celebrating launches, our working friendship evolved into so much more. By the end of our programs, we had grown close and decided to take our friendship further. The years since have truly flown by as we supported each other through all the challenges. Whether apart or together, Belle has been my anchor with her optimism. Her belief in me helped me push ahead in my career. We've now reached a stable place where taking the next step feels right.
