We have been married for 6 years and I wanted to make our anniversary truly memorable. I arranged a picnic basket filled with local cheeses, breads and wines. After work, I surprised Anja by taking her on a scenic carriage ride through the surrounding vineyards. As the sun set over the lush hillsides, bathing everything in a golden glow, I pulled Anja close. When we arrived at our picnic spot overlooking the Rhine valley, a cozy fire already crackled. As Anja poured the wine, I massaged her shoulders, feeling relaxed just being with my soulmate. Under the stars, we fed each other bites of food between kisses and remembering why we fell in love all those years ago. After dinner, I gave Anja her gift - tickets to the opera we had discussed seeing and a beautiful necklace. Her smile lit up her face with joy and I was so glad to give her this pleasure. These little moments together are why our love continues to deepen each and every year.
