Many years ago, I met my beautiful wife Lucia while she was dining at the Italian restaurant I was working at. She came in every week and we soon struck up a romance. Lucia has always been so supportive of my career in the culinary arts. For our 10th wedding anniversary, I prepared one of Lucia's favorite pasta dishes from my restaurant days while gazing out at the ocean. Over dinner, we reminisced about our first date at the restaurant and how we knew right away we were meant to be together. As the sun went down, we took a romantic stroll along the shoreline, hand in hand just like all those years ago.
