Sarah and I were classmates at university. We bonded over our love of literature and deep discussions of life's bigger questions. Now, 12 years later, so much has changed yet remained the same. We had engaged last year and lived together. Sarah and I count down to our big day. While the preparations sometimes feel overwhelming, coming home to our cozy apartment and playing with Hugo never fails to put a smile on my face. Hugo is our furry dog. It has brought us much joy since we adopted him last year. I know he'll be the best dog to welcome our future children too. It's the 12th years since we first met. I wanted to select a special piece of jewelry to represent our enduring love. I chose a delicate heart pendant necklace. It's our last celecration date as boyfriend and girlfriend. A future filled with adventure, understanding and unconditional love awaits us. This is only the beginning.
